There are currently two livejournal syndication feeds.

OfColor and SFColorCarnival.

There are some very eager people in the blogsphere and I thank you. Now does anyone know how to merge the two? If not I guess there will simply be two.

Also TheAngryBlackWoman.Com has offered to host an issue. So that's a start and makes me look forward to having a second issue.

Oh, for that, you just have to submit a Support request to LJ and ask for the two syndicated accounts to be merged. The Atom feed validates; the RSS one doesn't, so you may wish to note that in your request, and also if you have a preference which username of the two gets used.
